Palazzo Diner sits on Axeltorv in the city center, and it leans all the way into cozy retro diner charm: warm room, friendly staff, and a midweek pasta deal that is genuinely one of the best value menus in the city. The Pasta Club is the reason to know it.
Tuna carpaccio to start, thin silky slices with citrus and chili oil, fresh and vibrant with a tangy kick. Crispy crostini topped with silky prosciutto and creamy fresh cheese, that perfect salty-sweet bite. Then their signature spinach carbonara, vibrant green, perfectly al dente, silky and light with heaps of grated cheese on the side. The pasta of the month next: creamy, chewy rigatoni al limone with a squeeze of fresh lemon, dollops of fresh cheese and toasted hazelnuts for a nutty crunch.
Chocolate lava cake with berry ice cream and olive oil, the warm gooey cake against cold creamy ice cream in a rich, surprising combo that just works. Then a silky panna cotta with raspberry coulis, a simple, perfect finish.
This is the early-week move: three courses for 199 kr., Sunday to Wednesday, perfect for a casual date or a group that wants a proper sit-down meal without the proper-meal bill. Go on a Sunday and start the week right.
