Mikey is a Copenhagen-based food creator driven by food, drink and the people around the table. He believes sharing a meal is the best time you can have together, so that is what the hunt is about: finding the next place where a table full of dishes brings everyone a little closer.

Food has always been a big part of his life, and not just on the eating side. He has worked with restaurants and hotels for many years, spent years more in events and street food, and for a while he ran his own food spot. He knows the craft from both sides of the pass. Add to that a strong creative background in video and visual design, and it is that same aesthetic eye you see in every video he makes.

The channel started with a simple observation: most food videos are really about the person in front of the camera. Mikey wanted the opposite, videos about the places themselves: the restaurant, the food, the room and the ambience. That idea grew from short food reels on Instagram into a living map of places worth your hunger: hand-pulled noodles in Østerbro, omakase counters, street-food stalls in Nørrebro and late-night smash burgers.

Every pin on the map is somewhere Mikey has actually eaten. No press releases, no scripted hype. Just honest appetite, one video at a time.
