Prawn crackers with Hanzō spice and sea salt, a touch of heat balanced by a super fresh avocado dip. Then a pillowy soft bao with crispy shrimp, spicy glaze and cabbage crunch, soft, crispy and spicy all in one bite. Vietnamese-style crispy spring rolls that you wrap in fresh shredded leaves with mint and Thai basil, then dip in sweet chili, crispy, herby and vibrant. Sticky wings laced in gochujang barbecue and topped with fresh lemongrass chimichurri, a great play between deep umami and a bright citrus punch, with a side of Balinese edamame. Then the Hanzō curry, a fragrant Thai red curry with tender chicken, bok choy and fried mushrooms, creamy and packed with taste, paired with jasmine rice, sesame and lime.
The Tokyo salad, fresh cabbage with wakame and a sesame green apple dressing, crunchy and refreshing, the perfect ending. Wash it all down with a cold beer and some bubbles between courses.
The dishes are built to share, though you might not want to, so bring a group and order across the menu. Bright flavors, Asian spirit and a beautiful room make it a real night-out spot in Frederiksberg.
