The full experience, from oysters with achiote to a sope with tuna ceviche, then the tacos, some of the best in Copenhagen, served with stock for dipping and drinking. Add lime, onion and coriander, and the quesabirria in particular is rich, comforting and honestly the perfect bite. For dessert, mandarin sorbet with Tajín chili salt, super fresh with just a hint of heat, and then the churros, honestly some of the best we have ever had: horchata ice cream, caramel sauce, pure magic.
The spicy margarita is a go-to, and the Negroni hits different: rich, balanced and finished with cacao, unreal. Some of the best cocktails we have had in the city.
